Technic Nudes Eyeshadows Review ♥

Hello everyone!

Today I am going to be doing a review of the Nudes Eyeshadows Palette by Technic... I was sent this palette a while back now and have been loving it quite a lot. I hope you enjoy :)

So I have been testing this product for about a month now... I would say it is definitely one of my go to eyeshadow palettes! It is perfect for days when you don't really want to sit and perfect your eye makeup but still want a bit of colour on/around your eyes. The Packaging

The eyeshadows come in black packaging with a clear, plastic lid which is really good as you don't have to open the palette to see the colours. It is small and light which makes it easy to travel with although it doesn't have a mirror in it sadly.

The Applicator

There isn't much to say about the applicator as it is just a usual eyeshadow brush but it is fairly easy to clean.

Pros:

The eyeshadows are very pigmented.

They can be washed off easily but don't move or smudge during the day.

You can see the eyeshadows clearly through the packaging.

It is very cheap but is such an amazing quality for the price it is!

Cons:

The packaging gets scratched quite easily but this isn't a massive problem.

The eyeshadows aren't named.

Pamper Night Routine

Hi Everyone,

Today I thought I would share with you all my pamper routine as I thought it would be quite fun to make, I hope you enjoy!

I usually have a pamper night on a Friday because I feel like its the best time for me to wind down & relax.

I love to use bath bombs & bubble bars - in this picture I used 'The Comforter' which was £4.75 & also the little heart inside of the 'Love Locket' bath bomb from Lush's valentines collection.

I like to burn candles as well, in the picture I used two from Primark & they were £1.50 each!

The first thing I do when I am in the bath is wash my face & I use the 'St Ives Gentle Apricot Scrub' which is currently £4.19 from Boots or Superdrug. I wash my face because being in a hot bath opens your pores & I don't want any dirt or makeup to get in my pores as it can cause breakouts.

After I have washed my face I like to apply a face mask, I use the 'Quick Fix Facials Anti-Blemish Mud Mask' which you can get from Boots or Superdrug for £4.99... (click here to see my review of this product).

After I have left my face mask for 10 minutes & rinsed with warm water I wash my hair. I use the 'John Frieda Frizz Ease Smooth Start Shampoo' which you can purchase from Boots or Superdrug for £5.99.

I use the 'John Frieda Frizz Ease Miraculous Recovery Hair Mask' which can be purchased at Boots or Superdrug for £5.29... (click here to see my review of this product). I usually leave the mask on for around 5-10 minutes then rinse with warm water.

Once I have got out of the bath I dry my hair & apply some moisturiser, I use the 'Mandara Spa Honeymilk Dream Nourishing Body Butter'.

After that I usually sit in bed with a hot chocolate, paint my nails & watch something on Netflix or catch up (I'm currently watching Pretty Little Liars & Empire).

Technic Lipstick Review

Hello everyone,

Today I am going to be doing a review of a Technic lipstick I was sent about 4 weeks ago with some other products. Before I start, I would like to start by saying I am not trying to brag or boast about having any of these products but apart from that... I hope you enjoy!

Although I have only been testing this lipstick for about 4 weeks it is definitely one of my favourites! It isn't currently on the Love Thy Makeup website but you can click here for similar products. Mine is in the shade 'Bahamas' and is an orange/pink tone.

The Packaging

There isn't much to say about the packaging apart from the fact that it is matte black and has a clear bit at the bottom so you can easily find the right colour if you have quite a lot of lipsticks from the same brand or similar brands. It is also small and light.

Pros

I like the fact that there is a clear plastic part at the bottom of the lipstick which makes it easier to find the shade you want.

It lasts a long time on your lips (around 2-3 hours) even when you're eating and drinking.

It is matte and doesn't smudge easily.

Perfect for Summer as it's very bright and colourful.

It smells really nice.
Goes with every outfit!

Cons

It can be quite dry on your lips so if you do use this lipstick make sure to apply lip balm/moisturizer slightly before.

The shade of the lipstick is on the bottom and very small so it is quite hard to see the name of the lipstick but this isn't a massive problem.

Technic Colour Max Lipgloss Review

Hello everyone,

Today I am going to be doing a review of the Technic Colour Max Lipgloss... I received this product along with some others about 5 weeks ago and have been testing it out ever since... I hope you enjoy!

My lipgloss is in the shade 'Raspberry' and can be purchased on the website for £2.99 (click here to visit the website).

The Packaging

The packaging is a clear tube (which makes it so much easier to see what shade the product is). The product has a plastic silver lid which makes it travel friendly as you don't necessarily NEED a mirror - but it doesn't reflect your face perfectly so I would still recommend using a mirror.

The Applicator

There isn't much to say about the applicator as it is just a genuine lipgloss one but it does hold a lot of the product on.

Pros:

I like the fact that you can see the product through the packaging.

It is very glossy.

Lightweight (perfect to travel with).

The lid can double up as a mirror in a way.

You get a lot of product on the applicator so you don't have to keep on putting it in the tube.

Cons:

The lipgloss runs so if you apply the product it can end up not properly on your lips.

If you eat or drink with the product on it goes very quickly so make sure to re-apply it as often as possible.

It can be quite sticky but most lipgloss' are so it isn't really something to worry about or put you off buying the product.

Bluewater with Lauren (Daily Blog & Haul)...

Hello everyone,

On Sunday last weekend I went to Bluewater with Lauren (click her name to visit her blog) and we both had so much fun! I thought you'd all like to see what shops we went in and also what I purchased.

We left at about 10:00am and arrived there at about 11:15am so it wasn't a really long journey which is good... I was going to buy the Real Techniques Expert Face Brush but it was sold out everywhere unfortunately :(
